“What does the horse want from a tree?
A means to distribute the riders weight symmetrically and evenly from the 7th to the 18th vertebrae. There should be no flexion in the tree front to back. Flexion along the spine causes riders weight to isolate pressure directly under their seat bones similar to removing the tree altogether an even worse outcome of concentrated pressure.
